How to use Herbs in your Autumn Cooking
Wednesday, 26th September or Sunday 28th October 10am-4pm
In partnership with Sara Dixon from local business Hawkwell Herbs, we have created a unique day, working with and learning about herbs for use in cookery and especially to create new flavour dimensions, to increase your recipe repertoire. For instance, did you know there are more than 150 varieties of basil, each with a different flavour, delicious in ice-cream!
The day will include tasting, demonstrations, advice on growing, new recipes and herbs to take home along with helpful reference notes.
Cost £70 to include Homemade Herb inspired lunch, midday fresh coffee and Homemade cake.
